He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie Poehlman; his children, Jason Cleveland (Stephanie), Eric Cleveland (Lisa), Jennifer Garske (KC), Melanie Poehlman and Jami Poehlman; his siblings, Sheri Jo Cleveland, Candice Cleveland, Randy Cleveland (Christy) and Rick Cleveland (Denise); and his stepmother Adrienne. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
