He was predeceased by: his parents, Neuman Church and Jean Church (Miller); and his wife Janet Marie Creason. He is survived by: his children, Lyle Church (Rosalie) and Lori Wingate (Neio); and his siblings, William Church and Nancy Church. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
