He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Harold Kingsley and Nellie Kingsley (Walter). He is survived by: his son Pastor Mitchell Kingsley; his spouse Gayle Loraine Thier; his son Gregory Kingsley; his grandsons, Ian Kingsley (Beth), Julian Kingsley (Ashley) and Alex Kingsley; his siblings, Barbara Eddy, Joanne Tattersall, Eva Drlik (Les) and Carl Kingsley (Janice); and also Mitchell Kingsley (Teresa). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
