She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert M. Lintner and Anna Mae Lintner (Mardlin); her siblings, Albert Lintner (Tom) and Beatrice Howard; and her stepson Roger Shagena.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie of Anchorage, AK, Cheryl Prill (Edward) of Bad Axe and Sheila Henderson of Columbiaville; her stepdaughter Karen Riipi of Newberry, FL.; her brother Francis Lintner (Charlotte) of Millington; her grandchildren, Kari DeBoer (Prill), Nick Keller, Alexander Henderson (Briana) and Amy Henderson; her stepgrandchildren, Christina O'Neil, Robert Prill (Carmen), Carolyn Kershner and Lois D'Amico; her great grandchild Warren DeBoer; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Anthony, Carter, Isabella, Gracie Prill and Cody O'Neil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been requested to Velma's family, care of her daughter, Cheryl Prill.
