He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Polk and Clara Polk; and his brothers, Orville, Harvey, Stanley, Alton, Donald, Norbert, Verla, Vivian, Evelyn and Virgene.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia of Bad Axe; his daughter Renee Williamson of Bad Axe; his granddaughters, Nacole Tucker, Jessica Baum (Nick) of Ubly and Taylor Ann Jones (Kevin) of South Carolina; his great grandchildren, Emma Sueann, Andrew James, Jason Scott and Olivia Grace; and his sisters, Velma Dewitt of Florida and Violet Vertin of Clawson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
