He was predeceased by: his father Stuart Mikesell. He is survived by: his mother Christine Mikesell; his sister Theresa Ogden (Dale Sr.); his nieces, Evelynne Somers (Timothy) and Jane Ogden; his nephew Dale Ogden Jr.; his uncle Thomas Goss; and his aunt Constance Lewis.
