She was predeceased by: her siblings, George Shaw Jr., Marge McPhee (George) and Irene Champagne. She is survived by: her spouse Sam Murray; her children, Patrick Murray (Laura) of Atlanta and Kathleen "Kay" Brunette (Al) of Kalamazoo; her granddaughter Mallory Murray of Portage; her brother-in-law Robert Champagne of Elkton; and also, Samuel Murray of Atlanta and Josephine Murray of Birmingham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the Bad Axe Area District Library.
