It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Patricia Drews of Bad Axe, Michigan, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Raymond H. Susalla; her husband Edward Allen Drews; her son Edward Harold Drews; her brothers, Ronald T. Susalla and Raymond P. Susalla; and her close friend John Baranic.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Howard (Kenneth) of Troy, MI and Tracey Miller (Randy) of Bad Axe, MI; her sister Bonnie Susalla of Bad Axe, MI; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Peterson (Nathan) of Kinde, MI, Brian Howard of Troy, MI, Emily Sorgatz (Matthew) of Royal Oak, MI, Abbigal Drews (Jaden Gauthier) of Grayling, MI, Megan Miller of Bad Axe, MI and Ellen Miller of Bad Axe, MI; her great grandchild Georgia Rae Peterson of Kinde, MI; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Susalla and Marie Susalla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Bad Axe High School Quiz Bowl Team or the Bad Axe Public Library.
