It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthanne Elicker of Bad Axe, Michigan, born in South Gate, California, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Edward and Betty Stephenson (Beard); and her husband Master Sergeant James Elicker. She is survived by: her child Chief Warrant Officer; her grandchildren, William (Stacy), Senior Airman Shane, Amanda (Jake) and Henry; her great grandchild Lorane; and her sisters, Diana Wieger (Cliff) and Audrey Dazey.
