He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Wardin; his son David Ulrich of Bad Axe; and his siblings, Edward Ulrich (Pearl) of Pigeon, Walter Ulrich (Mary Ann) of Royal Oak, Mildred Mason of Saginaw, Clara Peppi of Burbank and Erna Varner (Leonard) of Midland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
