She is survived by: her mother Nancy Mazure (Maurer); her husband Martin Polega; her children, Kaleena Hampton, Martin Polega II (Jennifer) and Kayla Allossery (Brian Jr.); her grandchildren, Hunter Allossery, Calvin Polega, Everett Hampton, Micah Polega and Bo Allossery; her siblings, Rodney Mazure (Lori) and Erin Mazure; her mother-in-law Frances Polega; and her siblings-in-law, Marj Wehner (Clare), Ken Toner, Donny Schramski, Joe Gawronski, Gary Polega, Greg Polega (Debbie), Terry Polega (Sue), Diane Emming (Eric) and Kevin Polega.
