He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Janel Furtado, Heidi (Patrick Paicz), Autumn Peruski (Michael) and Holly (Jason Romas); his brother Michael Heintz (Peggy); his sisters-in-law, Patricia Heintz, Diane Heintz, Rosemary Christner, Mary Shields, Gaylene Traylor (Dan) and Deena Schubach; and his grandchildren, Stasia, Gabreile, Bailey, Ethan, Draiden, Keilea, Kambri, Courtlan, Jailea, Kennedi and Easton. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
