Gerald John Muntz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 84, Gerald John Muntz of Bad Axe, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Muntz and Aletha Muntz (Bouvrette); his in-laws, Arnold and Beatrice Groth (Lintner); and his siblings-in-law, Harold Groth, Gerald Howard and Marie Young.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Douglas Muntz (Gwen) of Bad Axe and Debra Baranski (Walter) of Bad Axe; his brother Wilmer "Bill" Muntz of Bad Axe; his grandchildren, Brandon (Kari), Breann (Aaron), Kaitlyn, Hunter (Bekka) and Traci; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Colton, Liam and Ellee.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (311 Whitelam St, Bad Axe, MI 48413).
Tissue donation has been completed through the Gift of Life.
