Genevieve M. Gracey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve M. Gracey of Bad Axe, Michigan, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Morell and Josephine Morell (Osentoski); her husband Roland Gracey; her parents-in-law, Theodore and Mary Gracey; her daughter-in-law Gina Gracey; her granddaughter Amber Smalley; her siblings, Sophie Kubacki (Cass), Arthur Morell (Pauline), John Morell (Ann), Marie Morell, Irene Guarnieri (Fred), Mike Morell, Margaret Hey (Bob) and Floyd Morell (Lorraine); and her siblings-in-law, Stanley Witkowski and Maxine Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Particka (Joe) of Ubly, Don Gracey (Diane) of Bay City, Kevin Gracey (Diane) of Ubly, Charlie Gracey of Bay City, Steve Gracey (Jackie) of Ubly and Myron Gracey (Christin) of Holly; her grandchildren, Rick Glaza, Stephanie Wood (Steve), Jason Particka (Misti), Kim Jones (Jerry), Angela Gregory (Brian), Chad Gracey (Josette), Nathan Smalley, Jessica Gracey, Nicholas Gracey, Paul Najor (Elyssa) and Alicia Lee; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Matt, Adriana, Jami, Tyler, Alyson, Garrett, Jaxon, Jagger and Calissa; her sister Bernice Witkowski of Saginaw; and her brother-in-law Emerson Kennedy of Cass City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or St. Hubert's Shared Blessings Food Pantry.
