She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Brooks and Melda Brooks (McQuiston); her husband Allen Nichols; and her siblings, Harry "Bill" Brooks Sr., Richard Brooks, Lawrence Brooks, Nelly Measle, Janette Brooks, Kathy Neff and Carol Sarles.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hughes (Miriam), Samantha Nichols and Cynthia Prill (Keith); her grandchildren, Jennifer Young (Rob), Aldon Arnott, Kyle Reese, Rebecca Reese, Emma Prill, Marissa Prill and Madison Wirgau; and her siblings, Ronald Brooks (Cindy), Sharon Sarles, Brenda Friday (Rod), Loretta Sarles (Darryl), Sandy McCartt (Frank) and Phylis Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
