She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Lackowski and Julia Lackowski (Kucharczyk); her daughter-in-law Kimberly Peyerk; her grandsons, Ehren and Joshua Peyerk; and her great grandchild Isaac Robertson.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer Peyerk; her children, Philip Peyerk (Diane), Janet Schultz, Thomas Peyerk, Kathryn Osantowski and Paul Peyerk (Angela); her grandchildren, Tennille Peyerk, Jodi Kordyzon (Mark), Heather Mimura (Gary), Amanda Bendrey, Jason Schultz (Ann), Levi Schultz, Raechelle Schultz, Raymond Peyerk (Nicole), Ryan Osantowski (Jessica), Sarah Osantowski, Amy Craig (Taylor), Jimmy Leitch and Tyler Leitch; and her sister Virginia Watchowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
