He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Thayer and Justine Thayer (Trigger); and his brothers, Rex Thayer and Grant Thayer. He is survived by: his daughters, Krista Riggs (Mike) and Kara Heilig (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Jessie Heilig, Logan Heilig, Aria Heilig and Evelyn Riggs.
