He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ostrega and Frances Haley Stroud; and his brothers, Rev. Donald Stroud and John Stroud. He is survived by: his children, Craig Stroud (Amber) of Poway California and Dawna Mosher (Charlie) of Redding; his siblings, Robert Stroud (Shelly) of Lake City and Janet Williams (Matthew) of London Utah; and his sister-in-law Debbie Stroud of Bad Axe, Michigan.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
