He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Landenberg (Mattice); his children, Donald Jr., Lou Ann Kain (Maurice) and Karla Blacker (Ed); his close friend Donna Sherwood; and his sisters, Doris McNeil and Carol Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
