She was predeceased by: her parent Leo Osentoski; her siblings, Eugene "Ozzie" Osentoski, Ronald "Harp" Osentoski, Lorraine Coote, Rita Bowden and Janet Thomas; and her niece Sherry Osentoski.
She is survived by: her parent Maude Osentoski (Butterwick); her spouse Joseph Chapek; her children, Michele Scoviac of Bad Axe, Cindy Chapek of Bad Axe, Lisa Chapek of Bad Axe and Bryan Chapek of Lapeer; her brother Duane "Duke" Osentoski (Stella) of Harbor Beach; her grandchildren, Mike Weiderhold, Shawn Weiderhold of Elkton and Cody Chapek of Bad Axe; and her great grandchildren, Mikelle Weiderhold, Danika Weiderhold, Dayton Weiderhold and Carter Weiderhold. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
