It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew Skurya of Bad Axe, Michigan, who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Skurya and Anna Skurya (Vesek). He is survived by: his wife Jane Figurski; his daughters, Deborah Szukala (Robert) and Maryann Cutlip (Edward); his grandchildren, Robert Szukala, Amanda Szukala-Vizina (Daryl), Nicole Callegari (Lee), Anthony Ruggeri (Jessica), Angela Pfeifer (Stephen) and Jared Cutlip; and his great grandchildren, Lauralee, Eden Callegari, Liam, Evelyn Pfeifer and Shea Andrew Vizina.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church (23300 King Dr, Clinton Twp, MI 48035).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Andrew's name to the Michigan Humane Society or Warriors Hope.
