With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alene Ruth McCracken of Bad Axe, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2025 at the age of 96. Though Alene Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alene Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the MacAlpine Funeral Home (302 N Hanselman St, Bad Axe, MI 48413). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bad Axe First United Methodist Church (216 E Woodworth St, Bad Axe, MI 48413).
