It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernie M Teichow of Avoca, Michigan, born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Laverne Teichow and Irene Teichow; his wife Edith Preston of Virginia; his children, Mike Green, Lonnie Teichow (Mary), Randy Teichow (Lynn), Jeff Teichow (Kim) and Rebecca Ramsey (Scott); his grandchildren, Kelly (Jay), Carrie (Brian), Crissy (Cory), Jason (Amanda), Justin (Samantha), Lindsay (Mark), Krystal, Josh, Jacob, Jared, Jeffrey and Joey; his siblings, Beverly Ward (Alvin) and Dannie Teichow (Sharleen); his sister-in-law Connie Teichow; his daughter-in-law Joyce Green; and his brothers, Delbert and Johnnie Teichow. He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
