He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dove and Francis Dove (Priess); and his sister Frances Keogh. He is survived by: his wife Esther N. Mericle; his sons, Lewis Dove (Wendy), Gerald Dove (Marilyn), Donald Dove (Diana) and Daryl Dove; his grandchildren, Aaron Dove (Sarah Root), Andrea Zinzo Dove (Scott Stiles), Gerald Dove Jr. (Jess), Tanya Dove (Rick Rodriguez), Jeremy Dove (Courtney Peters), Daryl Dove Jr., Jeremiah Dove and Leigh Dove; and his great grandchildren, Macie, Caden, Harlynn, Conner, Cara, Ava, Taylor, Gracie, Bria, Lucas, Blake and Giovanni.
