He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roderick Cavanaugh and Donna Cavanaugh; and his brother Roderick Cavanaugh. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Cavanaugh; his sons, Cody, Jon Cavanaugh (Cassidy) and Brandon Martin (Sarah); his siblings, Jane Thompson, John Henry Cavanaugh, Charlie Cavanaugh and Robert Cavanaugh; and his grandchildren, Delilah Cavanaugh, Gracie Martin and Quentin Tippens. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
