He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie F. Hodge and Abbie J. Hodge (Thurman); his aunt Charlotte Trumble; and his cousin Jean Craig. He is survived by: his pet Finnigen; his former wife Valerie L. Paradine; his wife Val; his children, Heather J. Van Ameyden of Battle Creek and Lonnie V. Hodge of Battle Creek; his grandsons, Taran, Bryce Van Ameyden and Chosen; his mother-in-law Jean Smith of Battle Creek; his siblings, Sheila England of Soody Daisy, TN and Jim Thurman (Ann); and also Nancy R. Hodge of Warm Springs, VA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Roger's honor may be directed to ones favorite Veterans Group or the Rhema Word Outreach.
