He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dunithan and Opal Dunithan (Wright); and his siblings, Rose, Linda, Dee, Ross and Bob (Mary).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Garrett; his children, Jean Dunithan, Deborah Makowski (Mark) and Thomas Dunithan (Dawn); his siblings, Patricia Ruhstorfer, Wanda Hartman, Garry Dunithan, Vicki Lewis, Randy Dunithan and Duane Rock; and his sister-in-law Gail Dunithan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
