He was predeceased by: his parents, Garold Raymond Campbell and Betty Louise Campbell (Smith); his stepfather Wymon Ledlow; and his brother Andrew Campbell. He is survived by: his brother Andy; his wife Josey; his sons, Matthew Thomas (Erika), Michael Thomas and Mitchel Thomas, Sr. (Bree); his niece Samantha Campbell; and his grandchildren, Leyna, Madison, Jordyn, Mitchel Jr., Ethan, Lylah, Meadow, Melody and Madelyn.
