He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Chapman and Margaret E. Chapman (West); and his siblings, John, David, Mike, Donnie and Donna Chapman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Nickles, Lynda Champion, Nicole Chapman and Krystal Chapman; and his brother George Chapman (Linda). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
