He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jack" Mudd and Marilyn Mudd (Martin); his wife Vicki Mudd (Frailey); and his brother Dennis Mudd. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Smith (Brian); his granddaughters, Sarah Hoag (Ryan) and Molly Fuld (Chris); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Leo, Goldie and Colton; his siblings, Deborah Coats, Rebecca Mudd and William "Bill" Mudd; and his girlfriend Margaret Myers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to Centrica Care Navigators in Nicks name.
