Skip to junior high skateboarding all over town and mostly in his driveway and the half pipe. One of the best times in my life because of the Katsul family. Over the years we grew apart, but we always had a special bond - hanging out in his driveway, riding in the homecoming parade, and talking on my front porch. Neil was an old soul - a searcher, a tracker, a student of nature, and a hard worker. He was my friend, and i will miss him forever.”
