Floyd Eugene Carmichael Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Floyd Eugene Carmichael of Battle Creek, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carmichael and Erma Luella Carmichael (Kienast); and his sister Dawn Hobbs. He is survived by: his children, Robert Carmichael (Ronda), David Carmichael (Kelly), William Carmichael (Heather) and Alicia Youngs (Chris); and his grandchildren, Benjemen, Cecilia, Calib, Abigail, Aliya, Megan, William, Gibson, Lillian and Graydon. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, with 2 on the way; and two nieces and a nephew.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012). The military honors was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the same location.
