He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cramer and Thelma Cramer; and his sister Marjorie Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Cynthia Winner (Bill) of Patterson, Brian Cramer (Rachel) of Orlando, Florida, Matthew Winner (Felicia), Branden Winner (Omega), Zachary Winner, Emily Winner, Abigail Cramer, Henry Cramer and Mason Cramer; his siblings, Virginia Wilcox of Oklahoma and Raymond Cramer (Meryl) of Pennsylvania; and also, Lindsay Moss (Rowdy), Cadman, Milly Winner and Annabeth Moss.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy Foundation, c/o the funeral home.
