He was predeceased by: his parents, George Horstman and Mary Horstman (Pashak). He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Natalia, Brian (Cyndi), Jenna (Jamie), Lori and Lisa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three brothers and many nieces and nephews.
