She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Wejrowski (Rytlewski) and Stephen Wejrowski; her spouses, Theodore Wejrowski (Eleanor), Louis Wejrowski (Isabella) and Mary Ann Vogtmann (Paul); and her son-in-law Ken Jarzabkowski.
She is survived by: her former husband Clarence Kaczynski (Shorty); her children, Connie Kaczynski, Joyce Putt, Mike Kaczynski (Chris), Stephen Kaczynski (Barb), Nancy Jarzabkowski and Amy Zimmerman (Bill); her grandchildren, Jill Putt (Aaron Radlinski), Melinda Plumstead (Martin), Jennifer Burke (Dave), Matthew Morrison, Jason Putt (Amanda), Adam Kaczynski (Mike Anderson), Daniel Kaczynski (Dana), Hollie Zimmerman, Hayley Fiser (Jason) and Zachery Kaczynski; her stepgrandchildren, Harold (Brittany), Levada, Betty Bramlett, Stacey and Monay Morrison; and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Maddison, Evelyn (Evie), Will and Charlie.
