He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Etienne and Pearl Etienne; and his siblings, Jack Etienne and Joan Judd. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, David (Carmen), John (Melissa), Robert (Kathleen) and Michael (Deena); his grandchildren, Andrew (Erica), Eleanor Vels (Jonathan), Sara Caughey (Micah), Ian, Miriam, Charlotte (Brendan Molony), Emory, Natalie, Harrison and Louis; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Luke and Eli; and his brother-in-law John Kernstock (Joanna).
