It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Paredes of Auburn, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vertin and Gloria Vertin (Perry); her son Tony Paredes; and her brothers, William Vertin and James Vertin.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Paredes (Florina) and Carla Pham (John); her grandchildren, Brandon, Jordan, Nathan, Maya, Amanda and Christopher; her brothers, Thomas Vertin (Stacey) and Michael Vertin; and her friends, Ernan Paredes and Barbie Paredes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her honor.
