It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Marie Vroom of Auburn Hills, Michigan, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert DeConinck and Josephine DeConinck; her son Tommy Price; and her sister Barb Thayer. She is survived by: her children, Kimberlie Price (Thomas), Nona (Drew) of Angela and Austin Fast (Samara); and her nieces and nephews, Jeff Thayer, Michele Thayer, Greg Thayer (Melissa), Kurt Thayer and Brett Thayer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Williams Lake Church of the Nazarene (2840 Airport Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48329). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
She made and donated many scrap quilts as well as hats and scarves to charity.
