He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Sue Pettit; and his sister Suzanna Scribner. He is survived by: his daughter Candy Lynn Cummings; his grandchildren, Brianna, Ashley and Christopher; and his siblings, Sandra Meadows and Stephen Pettit.
