He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary B. Fields; his daughter Hollie M. Fields; his brother Roy "Buddy" Fields; and his parents, Roy Fields and Etta Fields. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heritage Baptist Church for the benefit of Pastor Fields' family.
