She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Clark. She is survived by: her father William Clark Sr.; her husband David Prieto; her children, Angela Humphrey (Chase), Wesley Shall (Lauren) and Andrew Prieto; her grandchildren, Alessandra, Skylar, Elora, Davrick and Henry; and her siblings, Tabitha Parker and Bill Clark Jr..

While struggling with the disease herself, Annette took up the cause to help find a cure for Childhood Diabetes, donating when she could to help fund research.
