She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Pyland and Alma Pyland (Gleghorn); and her husband Gary L. Compton. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Compton (Karrie) and Brent Compton (Julia Hayden); her grandchildren, Cassie, Mick Compton and Jeremy Hayden; and her siblings, David Pyland (Deb), Lenny Pyland (Kandi), Beth Richard (Les) and Nancy Pyland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
