She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Cally and Mary Cally (Caton). She is survived by: her former husband William Starkey; her sons, Richard (Lisa) and Michael (Rusty); her husband Roy Packard; her grandchildren, Ashley Whitefoot (Ben) and Andrew Starkey (Genelle); and her great grandchildren, Henry and Danielle. She is also survived by two brothers; one sister; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
