He is survived by: his children, Raymond Kulek (Alice), David Kulek (Linda), Steven Kulek, Karen McGuire (Dennis), Thomas Kulek (Wanda) and John Kulek (Kati). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
