She was predeceased by: her father Clayton Smith; her husband Phillip Bammel; her siblings, Clayton R. Smith and LaVonne Burke; her brothers-in-law, Larry Burke and John Henderson; and her nephews, John Henderson and Ricky Bammel.
She is survived by: her children, Brian (Sandra), Craig, Keith (Nicole) and Tamie; her grandchildren, Trevor (Jennifer), Kelsey Kreuger (Alan) and Sydney Cubba (Samuel); her brothers, Vaughn Smith (Diana) and Brent Smith (Cathy); and her siblings-in-law, JoAnn Smith, Sharon Henderson, Myra Bammel and Tom Bammel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
