He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Keathley and Eunice Keathley; his former wife Kathleen; his son Paul Keathley; and his siblings, Elmer and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Blevins; his sons, Darrell Keathley, Doug Keathley (Lori) and Tim Keathley (Faith); and his brother Dan Keathley (Diane). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
