He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wright and Pearl Wright; his brother Dale Wright; his daughter Kathryn R. Genge; his great grandchild Henry James Sesler; his son-in-law Charlie Webb; and his brother-in-law Don Piegols.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jane Alverson; his children, Dave Wright (Carol), Rick Wright (Melissa), Barbara Lawler (Bob), John Wright (Kwang Cha), Dan Wright (Soon Ok), Jerry Wright, Krista Rosey Webb, Ben Wright (Joung Mi), Janny Courier (Don) and Andrew Wright; and his siblings, Dorothy Piegols, Norm Wright (JoAnn), Elaine Kern (William) and Betty Davies (Bob).
