He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Sr. Smyczak; and his wife Tina Louise Smyczak. He is survived by: his mother Janis Smyczak (Truax) of North Branch; his children, Lacie Jean Presley of Flint and Levi Kenneth Bleau of Paris Island, NC; his sister Rachael Quinn (Matthew) of North Branch; and his nephew Ian Quinn.
