He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hulker; his sons, Anthony Hulker and Brandon Hulker (Brittany); his stepchildren, Anthony DeLoy, Jason DeLoy, Ali Wreggelsworth and Brooke Kalmakoff; his grandchildren, Echo, Payton, Liam, Carter, Hunter, Carson, Chloe, Riley and Kimber; his sister Ann Margaret Musgrave (Doug); and his parents-in-law, Brian and Karen Howe.
