He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd Childers and Leottie Brewer; his brothers, Big Joe, Tim, Bill, Rollie and Woot Childers; his half-brother Lloyd Dale Nagy; his sister Mattie Nagy; his birth mothers, Linda Lou Henze, Callie Lang, Emma Halstead and Kathleen Deaton; and his grandchild Kyle Childers.
He is survived by: his father Steve Childers; his wife Diana Childers (Guldi); his children, Steven, Chad Childers and Jenifer Hammann (Doug); his grandchildren, Kylie Childers, Nicole Childers, Zachary Hammann and Brighton Auger; his mother-in-law Betty Guldi; his brother-in-law Chuck Guldi (Flossie); and his half-sister Patty Briggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to McLaren Home Care and Hospice.
